Black Bean Corn Salsa
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 bag frozen corn (rinsed and thawed)
1 can Rotel tomatoes drained
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. cilantro (to taste<>)
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. coriander
Mix all ingredients. Serve with chips, or on a burrito.
